• A Member may only operate their account personally and on their own behalf. Account management by a third party is prohibited.

• If multiple accounts from the same household, device, or IP address claim a bonus, all associated accounts may be suspended.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

• Financial losses arising from a Member's own carelessness or negligence.
• Unforeseen events — natural disasters, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable circumstances — that prevent service delivery.
• Losses resulting from a Member's account credentials falling into another person's hands, where the Member themselves disclosed that information.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

• Members' information is transmitted via secure SSL encryption.
• Data is not sold to third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

12. Account Closure and Suspension
